Who we are

This website (onerepmaxhq.com) is operated by its owner ("we", "us"). We are the controller of personal data processed through the site. Contact: hello@onerepmaxhq.com.

What the calculators do with your input

All calculations run in your browser. The weights and reps you type are not sent to us or stored on any server. Your preferred unit (lb or kg) may be saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it; you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across websites.

Advertising

We may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through a consent message before personalised advertising cookies are used, and can change their choice at any time via the privacy settings link on the site.

You can learn how Google uses data at How Google uses information from sites that use its services, and opt out of personalised ads in Google Ad Settings.

Affiliate links

Some pages may contain affiliate links. If you click one, the retailer may set a cookie to record that you came from our site. We do not receive your personal data from the retailer — only aggregated information about sales.

Email

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and keep them no longer than needed for that (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

International transfers

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) — or the authority in your own country.

Residents of US states with privacy laws (such as California) can opt out of personalised advertising through the consent and ad settings described above. We do not sell personal data for money.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
